The invention discloses a slide valve for vertical slide conveying of concrete. The slide valve comprises a feeding pipe, a tank body, a buffer funnel and a discharging pipe which are sequentially communicated from top to bottom, a lower sealing cavity is formed in the position, corresponding to the buffer funnel, of the outer side wall of the tank body, and a telescopic rod and a drawing and inserting sealing plate are arranged in the lower sealing cavity; and one end of the telescopic rod is fixed in the lower sealing cavity, the other end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with one end of the drawing and inserting sealing plate, the other end of the drawing and inserting sealing plate can extend into the discharging pipe and seal the discharging pipe, and the whole drawing and inserting sealing plate can be driven by the telescopic rod to reciprocate in the length direction of the drawing and inserting sealing plate. The slide valve can realize continuous downward transportation of the concrete, is mainly suitable for continuous transportation of the concrete in a vertical shaft and an inclined shaft with the inclination larger than 60 degrees, and has the advantages of high efficiency, high speed, good continuity and no separation in concrete slide conveying compared with a traditional hanging tank warehousing manner, so that the pouring quality is obviously improved, the time required by building construction is shortened, and the working efficiency of workers is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土垂直溜送用溜阀,包括从上到下依次连通的进料管、罐体、缓冲漏斗和出料管;所述罐体的外侧壁上对应所述缓冲漏斗的位置设有下封闭腔,下封闭腔内设有伸缩杆和抽插封闭板;伸缩杆的一端固定于下封闭腔内,伸缩杆的另一端与抽插封闭板的一端固定连接,抽插封闭板的另一端可伸入出料管内并封闭出料管,整个抽插封闭板可在伸缩杆的带动下沿抽插封闭板的长度方向往复运动。本发明能够实现连续向下运输混凝土,主要适用于竖井、大于60°的斜井混凝土连续运输,较传统吊罐入仓方式效率高,速度快,连续性好,混凝土溜送中不发生分离,使浇筑质量显著提升,同时降低建筑施工所需要的时间,极大地提高工作人员的工作效率。
