The invention discloses a high-strength lightweight aggregate prepared from gold smelting tailings and a preparation method of the high-strength lightweight aggregate. The high-strength lightweight aggregate comprises gold smelting tailings, a sludge additive, desulfurized fly ash, glass powder and industrial caustic soda in a mass ratio of (78-83):(17-19):(1-3):(0.5-1.8):(2-4):(1-3). According to the high-strength lightweight aggregate prepared from the gold smelting tailings as a main raw material, under the condition that various standards of the lightweight aggregate are met, the utilization rate of the gold smelting tailings reaches up to 80% or above, compared with lightweight aggregates prepared from gold smelting tailings in the prior art, the lightweight aggregate of the invention has higher utilization rate, and waste utilization of the gold smelting tailings is better facilitated. In addition, no three wastes are discharged in the production and preparation process of the high-strength lightweight aggregate, and the produced lightweight aggregate can solidify part of harmful substances in the gold smelting tailings, so that the harmful substances are more stable and do not overflow outwards, and the waste utilization effect of the gold smelting tailings is facilitated.
本发明采用了如下的技术方案一种利用黄金冶炼尾渣制备的高强度轻骨料及其制备方法,高强轻骨料包括黄金冶炼尾渣、污泥添加物、脱硫灰、玻璃粉、工业烧碱,且黄金冶炼尾渣、污泥添加物、脱硫灰、玻璃粉、工业烧碱的质量比为78~83:17~19:1~3:0.5~1.8:2~4:1~3;本发明利用黄金冶炼尾渣为主要原料制备的高强轻骨料在满足轻骨料的各项标准的情况下,对黄金冶炼尾渣的利用率高达80%以上,较现有技术中的黄金冶炼尾渣制得的轻骨料的利用率更高,更有利于黄金冶炼尾渣的废物利用。并且高强轻骨料的生产制备过程中无三废排放,并且生产的轻骨料还能对黄金冶炼尾渣中的部分有害物质进行固化,让有害物质更加稳定,不会对外外溢,有利于黄金冶炼尾渣的废物利用效果。
