The invention relates to a continuous structure suitable for a bent slope inclined steel plate girder bridge and a construction method thereof.The continuous structure is located between two adjacent I-shaped beams and comprises an end cross beam and a cast-in-place bridge deck, the end cross beam is connected with the two transverse adjacent I-shaped beams, and the end face of a web is connected with a bearing plate arranged in the transverse bridge direction; end plates are connected to the two sides of the web plates, the distance between the bearing plate and the end plates is matched with half of the width of the end cross beam, and a notch can be formed between the web plates of two connected spans. By adopting the structure, the midspan sagging moment is reduced, the steel consumption is reduced, the erection problem of buttress arrangement of a traditional continuous steel plate beam bridge is solved, a powerful end cross beam is formed, the torsion and bending rigidity is obviously improved, linear beam arrangement is facilitated, machining, manufacturing and mounting difficulties caused by curved beam arrangement are effectively overcome, and the construction efficiency is improved. The problem of difficulty in transverse connection installation caused by curved beam arrangement is solved, the driving condition is effectively improved through the cast-in-place bridge deck slab, and the using robustness of the steel plate composite beam under the condition of curved slopes and inclined slopes is improved.
本发明涉及一种适用于弯坡斜钢板梁桥的连续构造及其施工方法,连续构造位于相邻两跨工字梁之间,连续构造包含连接横向相邻两个工字梁的端横梁和现浇的桥面板,所述腹板的端面连接有沿横桥向设置的承压板,所述腹板两侧均连接有端板,所述承压板与端板的间距适配所述端横梁宽度的一半,相连两跨的所述腹板之间能够形成槽口。采用本构造减少跨中正弯矩,节省用钢量,解决传统连续钢板梁桥支墩设置的架设难题,形成强大的端横梁,抗扭抗弯刚度明显提高,利于采用直线布梁,有效克服了曲线布梁带来的加工、制造及安装困难,也解决了曲线布梁产生的横联安装困难问题,现浇的桥面板有效改善了行车条件,提高了钢板组合梁在弯坡斜场合下使用的健壮性。
