The invention relates to a steel plate girder bridge suitable for mountainous area building and a construction method thereof.The steel plate girder bridge comprises at least two girder bodies, a transverse connection is connected between every two adjacent transverse girder bodies, and first-stage bridge deck slabs of reinforced concrete structures prefabricated in a blocking mode are arranged on the top faces of the girder bodies; every two transversely adjacent first-stage bridge deck slabs are connected through a rigid dry joint, every two longitudinally adjacent first-stage bridge deck slabs are connected through a wet joint, and second-stage bridge deck slabs of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures are arranged on the top faces of the first-stage bridge deck slabs; the top face of the beam body is provided with a shear key which penetrates through the first-stage bridge deck slab and extends into the second-stage bridge deck slab. By adopting the structure, the steel consumption can be effectively reduced, the hoisting safety is improved, a large crane and a temporary buttress are not needed, the structure is particularly suitable for mountainous area construction, the overall rigidity of the bridge deck slab is effectively improved, the pouring quality of a traditional prefabricated bridge deck slab wet joint connector is improved, the cracking risk is reduced, the concrete consumption is further reduced. Meanwhile, the transverse rigidity of the steel plate girder bridge is improved.
本发明涉及一种适用于山区建造的钢板梁桥及其施工方法,包含至少两个梁体,横向相邻两个所述梁体之间连接有横联,所述梁体顶面设有分块预制的钢筋混凝土结构的一期桥面板,横向相邻两个所述一期桥面板之间通过刚性干接头连接,纵向相邻两个所述一期桥面板通过湿接缝连接,所述一期桥面板顶面设有现浇钢筋混凝土结构的二期桥面板,所述梁体顶面设有贯通所述一期桥面板并伸入所述二期桥面板的剪力键。采用本结构能有效降低用钢量,提高吊装安全性,无需采用大型吊机和临时支墩,特别适用于山区施工,有效提高桥面板整体刚度,改善传统预制桥面板湿接缝接头的浇筑质量,利于降低开裂风险,进一步减小了混凝土的用量,同时提高了钢板梁桥的横向刚度。
