The invention discloses a multi-section steel box girder splicing method, relates to the technical field of steel box girder construction, and solves the problem that the machining and hoisting precision of an existing steel box girder cannot be controlled. The method comprises the steps of machining, hoisting and welding initial steel box girder sections to obtain to-be-spliced steel box girder sections; performing data acquisition on the to-be-spliced steel box girder sections to obtain first-stage data; processing and analyzing the first-stage data to obtain second-stage data; generating a segment component scanning model by using the second-stage data, and generating a simulation pre-assembly model; fitting and comparing the simulation pre-assembly model and a theoretical model to obtain deviation data of the simulation pre-assembly model; adjusting the to-be-spliced steel box girder sections according to the deviation data, and acquiring the adjusted steel box girder sections; and splicing the adjusted steel box girder sections on site. By the adoption of the method, precise construction of pre-assembly of the steel box girder is achieved, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
