Construction method for digging and expanding water plugging support pile siding wall and special drilling machine thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a construction method for digging and expanding a water plugging support pile siding wall. A special drilling machine is adopted, and is characterized in that a siding wall scraper is arranged on a spiral drill rod; the siding wall scraper automatically extends out when the drill rod is lifted; a wider groove loose soil layer is scraped at a siding wall connecting position between a support pile and a water plugging pile; cement paste is sprayed through a nozzle below the siding wall scraper to flush the soil layer on the side wall of a groove; the soil layer is permeated, softened and loosened by water in the cement paste; and cement soil mixed by high-pressure cement paste is used for tightly connecting the water plugging pile with the support pile through a wider and thicker cement soil siding wall to form the water plugging support pile siding wall. The construction method for digging and expanding the water plugging support pile siding wall has the advantages of low power demand, convenience for construction and high speed.

本发明挖扩堵水支护桩板墙的施工方法，采用专用钻机，专用钻机是在螺旋钻杆上安装板墙刮刀，提升钻杆时板墙刮刀自动伸出，把支护桩与堵水桩之间连接板墙位置刮成较宽的槽沟松动土层，经过板墙刮刀下方的喷嘴喷射水泥浆冲坍沟槽侧壁土层，土层被水泥浆中的水分渗透软化松动，经高压水泥浆搅拌混合的水泥土，把堵水桩与支护桩用很宽很厚的水泥土板墙紧密的连接到一起，组成堵水支护桩板墙。挖扩堵水支护桩板墙的施工方法，动力需求小，施工方便速度快。
