Construction method for anti-floating formwork of water collecting well
The invention discloses a construction method for an anti-floating formwork of a water collecting well. The construction method comprises the steps of positioning and installing in-wall water stop support rods on the opposite sides of the water collecting well in a one-to-one correspondence mode after steel bars on the wall of the water well are bound, welding one end of the in-wall water stop support rods and the steel bars on the wall of the water well into a whole, and abutting against the stable outer side wall of the water collecting well; then installing a formwork with penetrating holes in the water collecting well, so that the penetrating holes of the formwork correspond to the in-wall water stop support rods in position, and the other ends of the in-wall water stop support rods extend into the penetrating holes of the formwork; then, respectively installing out-wall telescopic detachable support rods which correspond to the in-wall water stop support rods which are installed in the one-to-one correspondence mode, wherein both ends of the out-wall telescopic detachable support rods are detachably connected with the corresponding in-wall water stop support rods; and finally, pouring concrete, and removing the formwork after the concrete is formed. According to the construction method, the formwork is prevented from deviating and floating upwards when the water collecting well is poured while the construction speed is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种集水井抗浮支模施工方法,其在水井壁钢筋绑扎完之后,先在集水井的相对侧一一对应定位安装壁内止水撑杆,且各壁内止水撑杆的一端与水井壁钢筋焊接成一体,并抵顶在稳固的集水井外侧壁上;再在集水井内安装带穿孔的模板,使模板的穿孔与壁内止水撑杆的位置对应,且壁内止水撑杆的另一端伸入模板的穿孔内;然后对应各组一一对应安装的壁内止水撑杆分别安装壁外可伸缩拆卸撑杆,且各壁外可伸缩拆卸撑杆的两端分别与其对应的壁内止水撑杆可拆卸连接;最后浇筑混凝土,待其成型后拆模即可。本发明在保证了施工快捷的同时,避免了集水井浇筑时模板偏位、上浮。
