The invention provides an anti-floating formwork and a formwork anti-floating reinforcing frame. The anti-floating formwork and the formwork anti-floating reinforcing frame can be used for pouring a reversed ridge or a reversed beam on the surface of a floor slab. The anti-floating formwork comprises a base plate, a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate; the base plate comprises a bottom wall; the first connecting plate is perpendicularly arranged at one end of the bottom wall; the second connecting plate is arranged on the bottom wall side by side and located on the outer side of the first connecting plate; the second connecting plate comprises a connecting part; the connecting part and the first connecting plate are arranged side by side at an interval; and in the direction perpendicular to the bottom wall, the width of the connecting part is larger than that of the first connecting plate, and the connecting part is provided with a fixing groove. The anti-floating formwork can be stably attached to the surface of the floor slab through the second connecting plate with the large width, and the base plate is stably fixed to the surface of the floor slab through the fixing groove. The structure is simple and reliable, and cost is saved.
