The pier column foundation settlement monitoring device comprises a plurality of monitoring units; the monitoring units are evenly installed along the outer edge of a pier column foundation; and the monitoring units are located on the side, away from the ground, of the pier column foundation, and the monitoring units are sequentially and electrically connected with a digital conversion unit and a display unit which are arranged on the ground. The monitoring device has the following effects that when any side of the pier column foundation is settled, at least one monitoring unit can quickly monitor the settlement of the side, the monitoring unit firstly transmits monitoring data to the data conversion unit for conversion, and then the monitoring data is displayed through the display unit, so that the purpose of monitoring the pier column foundation in real time is achieved.
