The construction method comprises the steps of bearing platform forming, pier column forming and bearing platform circumferential road laying. The step of forming the bearing platform comprises excavation of a foundation pit, installation of a reinforcement cage of the bearing platform, installation of a bearing platform template, concrete pouring of the bearing platform and removal of the bearing platform template; the pier column forming comprises pier column template installation, construction platform installation, pier column concrete pouring and pier column template removal; the step of laying the road in the circumferential direction of the bearing platform comprises the substeps of side baffle installation, foundation pit original soil backfilling, pond slag backfilling, graded broken stone laying, cement base layer laying and asphalt pavement laying. The side baffle installation comprises the steps that side baffles perpendicular to the top face of the bearing platform are installed on the two sides, close to the road, of the top face of the bearing platform respectively, the outer sides of the side baffles are vertically aligned with the side faces of the bearing platform, and isolation layers are arranged on the outer sides of the side baffles and the side faces of the bearing platform. The method can effectively relieve bumps of roads around the pier stud bearing platform, and is particularly suitable for viaduct construction in soft soil areas.
