The invention discloses a wallboard unit and a wall surface system. The wallboard unit comprises a decorative board, a rear board body buckled with the decorative board, and foaming foam filled in a cavity between the rear board body and the decorative board, wherein a first blocking part extending into the cavity is formed on the inner side of the side wall of the rear board body; a second blocking part extending into the cavity is arranged on the rear board surface of the decorative board; the first blocking part is used for limiting the separation of the rear board body and the foaming foam; and the second blocking part is used for limiting the separation of the rear board body and the foaming foam.
