Construction method for assembling formwork-removal-free prefabricated part
The invention discloses a construction method for assembling a formwork-removal-free prefabricated part. The prefabricated part comprises a cast-in-place area, a plurality of groups of transverse steel bars and a plurality of groups of longitudinal steel bars, wherein the bottoms and the tops of the longitudinal steel bars extend out of concrete of the prefabricated part, and the cast-in-place area is formed in a way that an inner formwork block with a concave-convex structure on the surface is embedded in the prefabricated part. The method comprises the steps of adjusting the elevation of a lower prefabricated part, and lifting an upper prefabricated part to the position above the lower prefabricated part; controlling the upper prefabricated part to fall down, so that the top longitudinal steel bars of the lower prefabricated part extend into the bottom cast-in-place area of the upper prefabricated part, wherein the upper ends of the top longitudinal steel bars of the lower prefabricated part are of first closed structures, and the lower ends of the longitudinal steel bars of the upper prefabricated part are of second closed structures, so that the first closed structures and the second closed structures form a ring anchor; and erecting a cast-in-place formwork after all the steel bars are bound, and pouring concrete into the cast-in-place area of the upper prefabricated part, so that the cast-in-place area and the space between the upper and lower prefabricated parts are filled with concrete.
