The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a novel steel-concrete combined corrugated web H-shaped beam. The method comprises the following steps that an upper flange plate, a lower flange plate, a corrugated web, tie stirrups and concrete are provided; the upper flange plate and the lower flange plate are welded to the upper edge and the lower edge, opposite to each other, of the corrugated web correspondingly, and accordingly an H-shaped composite beam steel framework is obtained; the tie stirrups are welded between the upper flange plate and the lower flange plate and further located on the two sides of the H-shaped composite beam steel framework; the H-shaped composite beam steel framework component is placed on a mold table or laid flat on other materials easy to demold, concrete is poured on one side and fully vibrated, and after the concrete is cured to reach certain strength, the other side of the concrete is turned over for pouring; and the H-shaped composite beam steel framework with the concrete being poured is cured, demolding and stacking are carried out after curing is completed, and acceptance check is further carried out. The method has the beneficial effects that one-time pouring forming and one-time curing can be achieved, the component preparation period is shortened, and the production benefits are increased.
本发明公开了一种新型钢混组合波纹腹板H型梁的制作方法,该方法包括如下步骤:提供上翼缘板、下翼缘板、波纹腹板、拉结箍筋以及混凝土;将上翼缘板、下翼缘板分别与波纹腹板相对设置的上边缘和下边缘焊接,得到H型组合梁钢骨架;在H型组合梁钢骨架两侧的上翼缘板和下翼缘板之间焊接拉结箍筋;将H型组合梁钢骨架构件于模台或躺平于其它易于脱模的材料上,浇筑一面混凝土并充分振捣,待混凝土养护达到一定强度后再翻面进行另一面的混凝土浇筑;对浇筑完混凝土的H型组合梁钢骨架进行养护,养护完成后脱模堆放,并验收。本发明的有益效果:可实现一次性浇筑成型,一次养护,减少构件制备的周期,提高生产效益。
