The invention discloses a novel H-shaped steel beam of an unequal-flange steel-concrete combined corrugated web. The novel H-shaped steel beam comprises an upper flange plate, a lower flange plate, a corrugated web, a tie stirrup, a gusset plate and concrete, wherein the upper flange plate and the lower flange plate are arranged in parallel at an interval, the two opposite edges of the corrugated web are fixedly arranged on the upper flange plate and the lower flange plate correspondingly, the width of the upper flange plate is smaller than that of the lower flange plate, one end of the tie stirrup is fixedly arranged on the lower flange plate, the other end of the tie stirrup is fixedly arranged on the end, away from the lower flange plate, of the corrugated web, the gusset plate is fixedly arranged on the upper flange plate, and the concrete is poured between the gusset plate and the lower flange plate. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the novel H-shaped steel beam of the unequal-flange steel-concrete combined corrugated web. The novel H-shaped steel beam has the beneficial effects that the steel consumption and the welding workload are reduced, so that steel is saved, and economic benefits are increased; and the construction is easy and convenient, the integrity of beams and floors is enhanced, the pouring of a large number of post-pouring sections is avoided, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种新型不等翼缘钢混组合波纹腹板H型钢梁,包括上翼缘板、下翼缘板、波纹腹板、拉结箍筋、节点板以及混凝土,上翼缘板与下翼缘板平行间隔设置,波纹腹板两相对设置的边缘分别固设于上翼缘板和下翼缘板,上翼缘板的宽度小于下翼缘板的宽度,拉结箍筋一端固设于所述下翼缘板,另一端固设于波纹腹板远离下翼缘板的一端,节点板固设于上翼缘板,混凝土浇筑于节点板与下翼缘板之间。本发明还提供了一种新型不等翼缘钢混组合波纹腹板H型钢梁的制作方法。本发明的有益效果:用钢量和焊接工作量有所减少,从而节约钢材,提高经济效益;施工简便,增强梁与楼板的整体性,避免大量后浇段的浇筑,大大提高施工效率。
