The invention discloses a preparation method of an ultra-silence floor. A hard PVC floor is attached to IXPE subjected to modification treatment processing under the action of a hot melt adhesive to obtain the ultra-silence floor; by arranging the IXPE silent layer, vibration and sound generated by the floor can be absorbed, and the silence purpose is achieved; and the treated IXPE has a more uniform foam structure and a higher foaming multiple, and has a better sound insulation effect than the traditional IXPE. Furthermore, a corrugated structure is arranged at the bottom of the IXPE silent layer, so that the product can achieve a common anti-skid effect.
本发明公开了一种超静音地板的制备方法，将硬质PVC地板在热熔胶的作用下与进行改性处理加工后的IXPE进行贴合，得到超静音地板；通过设置IXPE静音层，可以吸收震动和地板产生的声音，达到静音的目的；且进行处理后的IXPE具有更加均匀的泡孔结构和更高的发泡倍数，比传统的IXPE具有具有更优良的隔音效果。本发明还通过在IXPE静音层的底部设置波纹结构，使得产品能达到一般防滑效果。
