The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant elastic and tough anti-channeling cement slurry system which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of oil well cement; 30 to 40 parts of silica sand; 3-8 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene powder; 0.3 to 0.7 part of mixed fiber; 1-3 parts of nano liquid silicon; 0.2 to 1 part of a defoaming agent; 4-10 parts of a fluid loss agent; 0-3 parts of a drag reducer; 0.5 to 4 parts of a retarder; and 44 to 50 parts of water. The system has good elasticity and toughness under the condition of 150 DEG C/10 MPa, and meanwhile, can maintain relatively high compressive strength. The system can improve the elasticity and toughness of well cementation cement stone under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure, prevent the cement stone from brittle failure under the action of high pressure and high stress, ensure the structural integrity of the cement stone ring, improve the high-temperature and high-pressure well cementation quality of the ultra-deep well, realize the long-acting packing performance of the high-temperature and high-pressure cement stone ring of the ultra-deep well, and shaft safety of a high-temperature and high-pressure ultra-deep oil-gas well is ensured.
