The invention relates to the field of municipal road surface construction, in particular to an urban environment-friendly road surface. The urban environment-friendly road surface comprises a water-permeable asphalt layer, water-permeable bricks located below the water-permeable asphalt layer and a concrete foundation, wherein a roadbed is arranged at the bottom of the concrete foundation; the water-permeable bricks are located at the top of the concrete foundation; a first groove and a second groove are symmetrically formed in the upper surface of the concrete foundation relative to the center line of a road surface; the groove bottoms of the first groove and the second groove are both in an inclined shape extending in the width direction of the road surface; the lowest positions of the groove bottoms are located on the edge of the concrete foundation; a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged in the first groove and the second groove; distances are reserved between the bottoms of the first groove and the second groove and the bottoms of the reinforcing ribs; the adjacent reinforcing ribs and the inner walls of the grooves define a seepage well; a filtering device is arranged in the seepage well; and the top of the seepage well is sealed and covered with the water permeable bricks. The concrete foundation and a special drainage structure on the concrete foundation are utilized, so the urban environment-friendly pavement can bear load and can efficiently drain water.
