Double-layer self-circulation pressure-maintaining grouting pipe
The invention relates to a double-layer self-circulation pressure-maintaining grouting pipe. The double-layer self-circulation pressure-maintaining grouting pipe comprises a grouting pipe body, wherein the grouting pipe body comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe which are arranged in a sleeving mode, the inner pipe and the outer pipe communicate with each other, and slurry outlet holes are formed in the outer pipe; meanwhile, the inner pipe and the outer pipe are connected with a grouting pump through a communicating pipe and a circulating pipe correspondingly; and meanwhile, expansion sleeves are further arranged on the outer pipe in a sleeving mode, and the expansion sleeves are connected with the communicating pipe through expansion pipes. When the double-layer self-circulation pressure-maintaining grouting pipe is used, slurry firstly enters the inner pipe, then enters the outer pipe from the inner pipe, and finally is grouted into a soil layer from the slurry outlet holes; the slurry is buffered through the design of the inner pipe and the outer pipe, so that the pressure change amplitude and the vibration amplitude of the slurry are reduced; meanwhile, the slurry is drained to the far end of the grouting pipe body through the adjustment of the hole diameter and the distribution density of the slurry outlet holes, so that the uniform distribution of the slurry is guaranteed; and the expansion sleeves at the two ends of the grouting pipe body fix the grouting pipe body into mounting holes after being expanded, so that the vibration of the grouting pipe body is further reduced, and the grouting quality is improved.
