The invention discloses a grouting pressure maintaining device which comprises a sealing structure and a pressure maintaining structure, and the sealing structure and the pressure maintaining structure are connected in sequence. The sealing structure comprises a grouting pipe, a rubber sleeve and a sleeve. The section, close to the grout outlet, of the grouting pipe is sleeved with a rubber sleeve, the section, away from the grout outlet, of the grouting pipe is sleeved with a sleeve, and the sleeve is connected with the rubber sleeve. The pressure maintaining structure comprises a first valve and a second valve, the first valve is connected with the second valve and the grouting pipe, and the first valve is used for achieving pressure maintaining and pressure releasing in the grouting process; and the second valve is used for controlling overflow of the slurry. The invention further discloses a using method of the grouting pressure maintaining device. The grouting device solves the technical problem that an existing grouting device is not tight in sealing and cannot maintain pressure, so that the repairing effect is affected.
