The invention discloses a method for carrying out pavement base construction by adopting a soil stabilizer. The method comprises the following steps that sodium chloride, aluminate cement, aluminum oxide, gelatin and calcium chloride dihydrate are uniformly mixed, and then polysaccharide, chitosan and dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride are added and uniformly mixed to obtain the soil stabilizer; the soil stabilizer, soil, cement and quick lime are mixed; barium stearate and lead stearate are added and rolled; and curing is performed for 7-8 days. According to the method, the soil stabilizer can effectively improve the compressive strength, and the binding power of molecules among aggregate particles is further improved by adding barium stearate and lead stearate so that the soil stabilizer can permeate aggregate more easily, a thicker stable layer is generated, and the firmness of a pavement base layer is greatly enhanced.
本发明公开了一种采用土壤固化剂进行路面基层施工的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:将氯化钠、铝酸盐水泥、氧化铝、明胶、二水合氯化钙混合均匀后,再加入多糖、壳聚糖、十二烷基二甲基氯化铵混合均匀,制得土壤固化剂;将所述的土壤固化剂、土壤、水泥、生石灰混合;加入硬脂酸钡和硬脂酸铅,碾压;固化7‑8d。本发明的土壤固化剂能够有效的提高抗压强度,硬脂酸钡和硬脂酸铅的加入进一步提高分子在集料颗粒之间的粘结力,使得固化剂可以更易渗透集料,从而产生较厚的稳定层,大大增强路面基层的牢固性。
