Retaining pile assembly, underground structure and construction method
The invention discloses a retaining pile assembly, an underground structure and a construction method. The underground structure comprises a supporting structure and a main body structure, wherein the supporting structure comprises a prefabricated retaining pile assembly, an inner supporting beam and a top beam; the main body structure comprises a structure bottom plate, a side wall and a structure top plate; the prefabricated retaining pile assembly is formed by splicing a prefabricated pile body, a protection plate and a peripheral reinforcement cage; the inner supporting beam is preferably a reinforced concrete prefabricated part; the inner supporting beam is connected with a retaining pile by a top beam cast-in-place process; a retaining pile reserved reinforcement is connected with a bottom plate reinforcement and a side wall reinforcement of the main body structure; the top plate is connected with an inner supporting beam reserved reinforcement; and a permanent integrated structure system is formed after concrete is poured in a segmented manner. The effect of loads in all directions of the underground structure can be resisted; and the integrated structure system has the characteristics of material saving, safety in construction, short construction period, small occupied underground space and capability of externally arranging a waterproof layer.
本发明公开了一种围护桩组合体、地下构筑物结构及施工方法,其中地下结构包括支护结构与主体结构,所述支护结构包括预制围护桩组合体、内支撑梁和冠梁,而主体结构包括结构底板、侧墙和结构顶板;所述预制围护桩组合体由预制桩体、防护板和外围钢筋笼拼装而成;内支撑梁优先选用钢筋混凝土预制构件,冠梁现浇工艺,连接内支撑梁与围护桩,围护桩预留钢筋与主体结构的底板、侧墙钢筋连接,而顶板与内支撑梁预留钢筋连接,分段浇注混凝土后形成永久一体化结构体系,可抵抗地下结构各方向荷载的作用,一体化结构体系有节省材料,施工安全,工期短,占用地下空间小,可体外设防水层的特点。
