The invention discloses a construction method of an underground pump station high-rotating-speed unit anti-vibration structure. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, when an underground pump station plant is excavated, anti-vibration grooves are excavated in the positions, extending to a motor floor slab from the top of a water inlet pipe/water outlet pipe, of the rock walls on the outer sides of the upstream side wall and the downstream side wall of the underground pump station plant; S2, concrete is sprayed on the surfaces of the anti-vibration grooves, system anchor rods are installed in the anti-vibration grooves, one ends of the system anchor rods are anchored into the rock walls of the plant, and the other ends of the system anchor rods are bent to be bound or welded to side wall steel bars; and S3, concrete is poured into the anti-vibration grooves and the upstream and downstream side walls of the plant at the same time, and the surrounding rock and the underground pump station plant structure are combined into a whole. By the adoption of the method, the integrity of the surrounding rock and the plant structure can be effectively improved, the natural vibration frequency of the plant structure is increased, the staggered opening degree of the natural vibration frequency and the rotating frequency of a high-rotating-speed unit is increased, and therefore a resonance area is avoided, and the anti-vibration safety of the underground pump station plant structure is guaranteed.
