The invention relates to a rapid installation structure of a prefabricated inspection well ring of an asphalt pavement. The rapid installation structure comprises an outer ring connected to the upper end face of a barrel body and an inner ring connected into the outer ring; the inner ring is connected with a well lid used for covering an opening of the barrel body; a plurality of horizontally-arranged positioning nets embedded in asphalt are fixed to the outer wall of the outer ring; each positioning net is provided with a plurality of reinforcing rods connected with the adjacent positioning net; and each positioning net is provided with a plurality of supporting assemblies supporting the positioning net. After the outer ring and the positioning nets are installed, the asphalt is poured, and the upper surfaces of the positioning nets and the upper surface of the outer ring are flush with the ground. The rapid installation structure has the advantage that the possibility of pavement collapse around the inspection well lid is reduced.
