The invention discloses a garden rainwater collecting and recycling device. The garden rainwater collecting and recycling device comprises a foundation, wherein a water collecting channel is formed in the top of the foundation; a filtering device is fixedly mounted in the water collecting channel; the bottom of the filtering device is fixedly connected with a water collecting pipe; an impurity removing device is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the water collecting pipe; the bottom of the impurity removing device is fixedly connected with a water collecting tank; a purification device is fixedly mounted in the water collecting tank; a water suction pump is fixedly mounted in the water collecting tank; the top of the water suction pump is fixedly connected with a water suction pipe; and the top of the water suction pipe is fixedly connected with a three-way pipe. According to the garden rainwater collecting and recycling device disclosed by the invention, the water collecting channel is used for collecting water of surface runoff; the water is simply filtered by the filtering device and the impurity removing device and then flows into the water collecting tank; and the water is driven by the water suction pump to be used for irrigating landscape plants of an irrigation device and flushing water of a water flushing device respectively, so that the water utilization requirements of infrastructures are realized under the condition that a lot of water receiving pipelines do not need to be introduced.
