The invention provides a concrete initial setting time measuring method, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The concrete initial setting time measuring method comprises the following steps of pouring concrete in a mold, and determining the concrete pouring completion moment as first time; pretreating the concrete in the mold, and determining the moment when the pretreated concrete has the initial setting phenomenon as second time; and determining the initial setting time of the concrete according to the first time and the second time. During construction, after the pouring and pretreatment of the upper layer of concrete are completed, the allowing time upper limit for the competition of the pouring and pretreatment process of the next layer of concrete is determined, so that constructors can be directly guided to control the time so as to avoid a cold seam between two adjacent layers of concrete, the construction quality can be effectively improved, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
本发明提供一种混凝土初凝时间测定方法,涉及建筑施工技术领域,在模具中浇筑混凝土,将混凝土浇筑完成时刻确定为第一时间。对位于模具中的混凝土进行预处理,将预处理的混凝土具有初凝现象的时刻确定为第二时间。根据第一时间和第二时间确定混凝土的初凝时间。在施工时,在上一层混凝土浇筑、预处理完成后,对下一层混凝土完成浇筑、预处理工序所允许的时间上限,由此,可以直接指导施工人员通过把控时间从而避免在相邻两层混凝土之间出现冷缝,不仅可以有效的提高施工的质量,还可以提高施工的效率。
