The invention discloses a closely-spliced precast concrete bidirectional composite floor slab with rib beams and a construction method. A plurality of transverse and parallel rib beams made of reinforced concrete are arranged on the upper surface of the composite floor slab, and the rib beams and the composite floor slab are integrally formed; a reinforcing mesh is arranged in a slab body of the composite floor slab and formed by binding a plurality of transverse reinforcing steel bars and a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing steel bars, the two ends of the transverse reinforcing steel bars are exposed out of the side face of the composite floor slab, and the two ends of the longitudinal reinforcing steel bars are not exposed out of the side face of the composite floor slab; and a plurality of grooves which are longitudinally arranged in parallel are formed in at least one of the two longitudinal sides of the upper surface of the composite floor slab, the grooves penetrate through the lower middle portion of at least one rib beam, and through holes are formed in the portions, located under the rib beams, of the grooves.
