The invention discloses an improved hidden beam type full-prefabricated plate body structure and a preparation method thereof. A plate body comprises a floor slab and/or a wall plate; U-shaped steel bars and T-shaped connecting pieces are pre-arranged on the end faces, facing each other, of the floor slab and/or the wall plate in a staggered mode; each T-shaped connecting piece comprises a first web part and a first flange part; the first flange parts are located inside the floor slab and/or the wall plate; the first web parts are arranged in parallel with the U-shaped steel bars; the first web parts which are in lap joint are fixedly connected at the joint of the floor slab and/or the wall plate; the U-shaped steel bars are in lap joint in a staggered mode to form a closed hoop; L-shaped angle steel is inserted into the closed hoop in a penetrating mode; concrete is poured into the closed hoop; and the hidden beam type plate body structure is formed.
