The precast slab comprises a slab body, wherein the slab body comprises a steel structure framework, the lower end of the steel structure framework is fixedly connected with a reinforcing frame, a recycled concrete layer is arranged on the inner ring of the reinforcing frame, a non-recycled concrete layer is arranged on the outer ring of the reinforcing frame, the recycled concrete layer and the non-recycled concrete layer are connected into a whole in a one-time pouring mode, the steel structure framework penetrates through the whole recycled concrete layer and is located in the non-recycled concrete layer, and the reinforcing frame is completely located in the non-recycled concrete layer. The reinforced structure can be manufactured in batches in advance through a factory, is more convenient, high in overall compressive strength and good in supporting performance, reduces the production cost under the condition of ensuring the strength of a prefabricated slab body by adding and doping a proper amount of regenerated additives in regenerated concrete pouring, can realize the reutilization of part of waste materials, and has very good environmental protection property and practicability.
