The invention discloses a method and a structure for pouring a concrete floor post-cast strip through an inflatable formwork. According to the method, construction is carried out by the following steps of binding floor steel bars and reserving a post-cast strip range; positioning and fixing water stop plates by spot welding through fixing steel bars; mounting the inflatable formwork in a special customized shape; inflating the inflatable formwork; pouring floor concrete; and removing the formwork. The method is high in universality, capable of achieving various-size reasonable splicing, high in repeated utilization rate, green, environment-friendly and free of pollution; and after the post-cast strip range is filled, the post-cast strip is attractive and elegant, construction waste can beprevented from entering the post-cast strip, the construction waste is easy to clean in the later period, labor cost is saved, operation is easy and convenient, the construction period is short, and concrete forming quality is good.
