The invention discloses a construction method of a square pier formwork. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1), surveying and setting out are carried out, specifically, firstly, a longitudinal axis, a transverse axis and a base line of a pier body are set after chiseling, then a center line of the pier body is measured, an inflection point is re-checked, and finally, a plane position and a top elevation of a bearing platform are checked; 2), formwork machining is conducted, specifically, an outer flat formwork and an arc formwork are connected through bolts, corner embracing screws are arranged at the opposite corners of the formwork for reinforcement, and channel steel telescopic devices and adjusting screws are arranged between the outer flat formwork and lifting frame stand columns in lifting frames; 3), the lifting frames are installed, specifically, the lifting frames are supported and installed on climbing rods through jacks, and fixed rollers are arranged at the bottoms of the lifting frame stand columns and make contact with pier body concrete in the lifting process of the lifting frames; and 4), operation platforms are installed, specifically, main operation platforms comprise main platform trusses, the main platform trusses re welded with the lifting frame stand columns, and auxiliary platforms are installed below the main operation platforms. According to the method, large hoisting equipment is not needed in the formwork lifting process, the service time of the hoisting equipment is shortened, the construction efficiency is high, and the cost is saved.
本发明公开一种方墩模板的施工方法,包括步骤:1)测量放线:凿毛后先定出墩身纵、横轴线及基线,再测出墩身中心线并对拐点复核,最后检查承台平面位置及顶标高;2)模板加工:外平模与圆弧模采用螺栓连接,模板的对角处设抱角螺杆加固,外平模与提升架中的提升架立柱之间设有槽钢伸缩装置、调节螺杆;3)提升架安装:提升架通过千斤顶支撑安装在爬杆上,提升架立柱的底部设有固定滚轮,固定滚轮在提升架提升过程中与墩身混凝土接触;4)操作平台安装:主操作平台包括主平台桁架,主平台桁架与提升架立柱焊接,辅助平台安装在主操作平台下方。本发明在模板提升过程中不需要借助大型起重设备,减少起重设备使用时间,施工效率高,节约成本。
