By adopting the mode of independently hoisting the protection assembly and independently hoisting the outer formwork, the working process can be simplified, and the working efficiency of formwork turning is improved; compared with a traditional formwork overturning method, three or more layers of outer formworks need to be overturned and lifted in sequence, part of protection assemblies are welded to the outer formworks, and the requirement for construction materials is large, the formwork overturning and lifting can be carried out only by matching two layers of outer formworks with one layer of protection assembly, and the formwork overturning and lifting method can be suitable for large-batch pier production; and the requirement for construction materials is small, and the construction period can be shortened.
本发明提供了一种方墩施工翻模装置及其施工方法,本发明对传统的翻模法进行改造,使得防护组件与定型模板组件分离,通过连接块与滑轨一的配合,使得在桥墩翻模时可以无需对防护组件进行组装、拆卸,采用单独吊装防护组件以及单独吊装外模板的方式,可以简化工作流程,提高翻模的工作效率;对比于传统的翻模法,需要对三层或三层以上的外模板进行依次翻升,且其上均焊接有部分防护组件,对施工材料的需求较大,本发明只需要两层外模板配合一层防护组件即可进行模板翻升,可以适应大批量的桥墩生产,对施工材料的需求较小,可以缩减施工周期。
