The three-dimensional parking garage comprises a parking frame, a conveying device and a horizontal moving mechanism; the parking frame is fixedly arranged on the ground and provided with a plurality of layers of parking spaces in the vertical direction, and movable parking plates are arranged in all the layers of parking spaces; the conveying device comprises a rack, a fork plate and a lifting mechanism; the rack and the parking frame are movably arranged side by side; an inner cavity of the rack is hollow and provided with an entrance for vehicles to enter and exit, and the side, facing the parking frame, of the inner cavity of the rack is provided with an opening end; the fork plate is arranged in the rack, and the lifting mechanism is arranged on the rack and used for achieving up-down movement of the fork plate in the vertical direction; and the horizontal moving mechanism is arranged between the parking frame and the rack, and the rack horizontally moves relative to the parking frame through the horizontal moving mechanism, so that the parking frame is buckled into the inner cavity of the rack through the opening end of the rack, and all the parking plates are detachably and fixedly connected to the upper end face of the fork plate. The three-dimensional parking garage has the advantages of being simple in structure and low in construction cost.
