The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, construction preparation is conducted; 2, municipal pipelines are moved back, and backfilling and earthing are conducted; 3 to 11, a first soil body area, a second soil body area, a third soil body area, a fourth soil body area, a fifth soil body area, a sixth soil body area, a seventh soil body area, an eighth soil body area, a ninth soil body area and a ninth soil body area are sequentially constructed; 12, a tunnel bottom plate is poured; 13, tunnel side walls and middle walls are poured; 14, a tunnel top plate is poured; and 15, construction backfilling is conducted in the space between the reinforced concrete cover plate and the tunnel top plate. According to the construction method, advanced protection is conducted through underground diaphragm walls, steel lattice columns, stand column piles and the reinforced concrete cover plate, then construction modes such as advanced grouting small guide pipes are adopted in working wells at the two ends, tunnel construction can be conducted in the construction environment that a deep foundation pit project is adjacent to surrounding buildings or foundation pits are laid along the edges, and the influence on road traffic of a construction area is reduced.
