The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of SiCf/SiC composite materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a SiCf/SiC composite material added with graphene. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing a graphene solution and a silicon carbide ceramic precursor, mechanically stirring, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a graphene-containing ceramic precursor solution; putting a silicon carbide fiber preform into a deposition furnace for pyrolytic carbon interface layer deposition, and introducing mixed gas of Ar and C3H6 to obtain a silicon carbide fiber preform with a pyrolytic carbon interface layer; immersing the preform with the interface layer into the graphene-containing ceramic precursor solution, and putting the preform into a pressure impregnation furnace; after vacuumizing, introducing argon for dipping; discharging the graphene-containing ceramic precursor solution, introducing argon, heating and preserving heat, and cooling to room temperature along with the furnace to finish curing; vacuumizing the pressure in the furnace, heating and preserving heat, continuously heating and preserving heat, and cooling along with the furnace; and after the preform is taken out, completing densification treatment, and obtaining the graphene reinforced SiCf/SiC composite material. The mechanical property and thermal conductivity of the material are improved.
本发明属于SiCf/SiC复合材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种添加石墨烯的SiCf/SiC复合材料制备方法。将石墨烯溶液和碳化硅陶瓷先驱体进行混合,机械搅拌后超声分散,得到含石墨烯的陶瓷先驱体溶液;将碳化硅纤维预制件放入沉积炉进行热解碳界面层沉积,通入Ar和C3H6的混合气,得到带热解碳界面层的碳化硅纤维预制件;将带界面层的预制件浸入到含石墨烯的陶瓷先驱体溶液中,放到压力浸渍炉中;抽真空后,充入氩气浸渍;排出含石墨烯的陶瓷先驱体溶液后,通入氩气,升温保温后随炉冷却降至室温,完成固化;将炉内压力抽真空,升温保温,继续升温保温,随炉冷却;将预制件取出后,完成致密化处理,得到带有石墨烯增强的SiCf/SiC复合材料。本发明提高材料的力学性能和导热性。
