The invention discloses a road zebra crossing pavement anti-icing device utilizing solar energy. The device comprises the steps of (1) collecting, converting and storing the solar energy; (2) monitoring the state of a road zebra crossing pavement; (3) judging the state of the road zebra crossing pavement; (4) automatically opening or closing a heating cable. According to the device, electric energy collected by the solar cell panel is utilized, the heating cable is used for heating the road zebra crossing area, on the premise of being clean, environmentally friendly and free of pollution, the travel safety problem caused by icing of the road zebra crossing road surface is effectively prevented, pedestrian travel is guaranteed; meanwhile, the passive situation that manual or mechanical equipment is used for deicing after the road is iced is avoided.
