Construction method for reducing reinforced concrete of underpass of frame structure
The invention discloses a construction method for reducing a reinforced concrete of an underpass of a frame structure. The method comprises the following steps that 1) a foundation pit is excavated; 2) cushion layer pouring is conducted; 3) steel bars are bound at the lower parts of a bottom plate and a top plate; 4) a spiral corrugated pipe is mounted and positioned; 5) prestressed pipelines are installed; 6) a formwork is installed; 7) concrete pouring is conducted; 8) concrete curing is conducted; 9) after the concrete strength reaches 95%, a prestressed anchor cable is stretched, grouted and anchored. The construction method has the advantages of being convenient to construct and high in safety, by adopting the method, the overall strength of the underpass of the frame structure can be guaranteed, the consumption of the concrete is greatly reduced, the cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种框架结构下穿道减少钢筋混凝土的施工方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:1)基坑开挖;2)垫层浇筑;3)绑扎底板、顶板下部钢筋;4)螺旋波纹管安装定位;5)安装预应力管道;6)安装模板;7)混凝土浇筑;8)混凝土养生;9)待混凝土强度达到95%后对预应力锚索进行张拉、注浆及封锚。本发明具有施工方便、安全性高的优点,采用它不但能够保证框架结构下穿道的整体强度,而且还大大节约了混凝土的消耗量,降低了成本,节省了施工周期。
