The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete pouring construction, and particularly relates to an underpass channel wall reinforced concrete cast-in-place construction method which comprises the following steps: 1) mounting a special trolley: mounting the special trolley on bottom plate concrete, and detachably mounting end adjusting blocks at the head end and the tail end of the special trolley in the longitudinal direction; 2) selecting a template group: if a construction section is linear, disassembling an end adjusting block; if the construction section is provided with a curve, the end adjusting block is reserved; (3) the special trolley walks and is in place; (4) erecting a mold; (5) top plate steel bars are bound; (6) an end formwork is installed; (7) concrete pouring; and (8) demolding. According to the method, the special trolley is adopted for pouring construction of the reinforced concrete of the underpass channel wall, wall pouring can be conducted on the linear construction section and the curve construction section, formwork sets do not need to be replaced, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction period is shortened.
