The method comprises the steps that hoisting points are arranged on a plurality of concrete columns of a high-speed rail station building; single-foot pulling rods are installed at a plurality of preset positions, and at most two single-foot pulling rods are arranged between every two adjacent concrete columns in the span direction of a spherical roof truss; and first pulley blocks arranged at hoisting points on two adjacent concrete columns in the length direction of the spherical roof truss, second pulley blocks matched with two single-foot pulling rods located on the ground in the length direction of the spherical roof truss, a guide pulley block and a plurality of winches are arranged, and a first net rack unit is hoisted to a floor platform to be assembled with a second net rack unit. The spherical roof truss assembled on the floor platform is hoisted to the designed elevation and fixed through the first pulley blocks on the multiple adjacent concrete columns, the second pulley blocks matched with the multiple single-foot pulling rods, the guide pulley block and the multiple winches.
