Reinforcing device and reinforcing method for steel pipe joint
The invention discloses a reinforcing device and a reinforcing method for a steel pipe joint, and relates to the technical field of steel pipe joint reinforcement. The reinforcing device comprises two symmetrically arranged assembly type ring opening plates and two lug plates with bolt holes, wherein the lug plates are symmetrically welded to the two sides of the lower end of a branch pipe; and the two assembly type ring opening plates are spliced in the branch pipe and main pipe joint domain in the main pipe axis direction or the direction perpendicular to the main pipe axis direction, and are in bolt connection with a main pipe and the lug plates. The reinforcing device and the reinforcing method are suitable for reinforcing and strengthening of the existing steel pipe joint and also suitable for reinforcing of a steel pipe structure reinforced joint in the design stage; and in addition, welding is replaced with bolt connection, the joint reinforcing efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the field welding operation is reduced, the collapse risk caused by the welding high temperature is reduced, and therefore the anti-seismic property and ductility of the joint are improved, the rigidity and bearing capacity of the joint are improved, and then the steel pipe joint has the good mechanical property.
本发明公开的一种钢管节点的加固装置及加固方法,涉及钢管节点加固技术领域。该加固装置包括两个对称设置的装配式环口板和对称焊接于支管下端两侧的两个带螺栓孔的耳板;两个所述装配式环口板在支、主管节点域沿主管轴线方向或垂直于主管轴线方向拼接,并与主管和耳板螺栓连接。本发明不仅适用于既有钢管节点加固及补强,也适用于设计阶段的钢管结构加强型节点加固;而且通过螺栓连接替代焊接,提高节点加固效率的同时,减少了现场焊接作业并降低了焊接高温引起的倒塌风险,从而改善了节点的抗震性能及延性,提高了节点刚度和承载力,进而确保钢管节点具有较好的力学性能。
