Steel pipe tubular joint bearing performance reinforcing device and reinforcing method thereof
The invention discloses a method for reinforcing the bearing performance of a steel pipe tubular joint. The method comprises the steps that a mold inlet and a grouting opening are formed in the steel pipe joint; an air bag part is arranged in the steel pipe through the mold inlet, the air bag part is inflated to be in a saturated state, and a material injection cavity is formed at the inner joint of the steel pipe; the positioning part is inserted into the steel pipe through the mold inlet and placed below the air bag part; reinforcing slurry is injected from the grouting opening, standing and solidification are performed to form an annular grouting reinforcing body, and the positioning part is pulled out; and the air bag part is taken out, and the mold inlet and the grouting opening are blocked. The compression and tensile properties of the steel pipe reinforced by the method are obviously improved, the structural performance can be effectively improved, and the self weight of the structure is reduced; the invention further discloses a steel pipe tubular joint bearing performance reinforcing device which comprises an air bag part and a positioning part, and the air bag part is used for forming a material injection cavity for injecting reinforcing slurry in a steel pipe joint; and the positioning part is used for supporting the air bag part and the annular grouting reinforcing body. The device is simple in structure and convenient to use.
本发明公开了一种钢管相贯节点承载性能加固方法,包括:在钢管节点处开设入模口以及注浆口;通过入模口向钢管内装入气囊部,对气囊部进行充气至饱和状态,在钢管内节点处形成一个注料腔室;将定位部通过入模口插入钢管内部,放置于气囊部下方;从注浆口注入加固浆料,静置凝固形成环状注浆加固体,拔出定位部;取出气囊部,封堵入模口以及注浆口。本方法加固后的钢管受压以及受拉性能提升显著,可以有效的提高结构性能且降低结构自重;本发明还公开了一种钢管相贯节点承载性能加固装置,包括气囊部和定位部,气囊部用于在钢管节点内形成注入加固浆料的注料腔室;定位部用于支撑所述气囊部以及环状注浆加固体。本装置结构简单,使用便捷。
