Desulfurization ash oxidation purification method
The invention provides a desulfurization ash oxidation purification method which comprises the following steps of: carrying out oxidation roasting on desulfurization ash to obtain a roasted product; mixing the roasted product with water to obtain desulfurization ash slurry, mixing the desulfurization ash slurry with an oxidizing agent, and reacting to obtain oxidized desulfurization ash slurry; and adding sulfuric acid into the oxidized desulfurization ash slurry and carrying out purification reaction to obtain dihydrate gypsum. According to the method disclosed by the invention, calcium sulfite is fully oxidized by sequentially adopting oxidizing roasting and oxidizing agent oxidation modes according to the composition of the desulfurization ash, and then purification is performed by sulfuric acid to obtain a high-purity calcium sulfate component, and meanwhile, the particle size morphology of particles can be further adjusted, so that high-added-value utilization of the desulfurization ash is realized, and the application range of the desulfurization ash is expanded. The method is simple to operate, low in raw material cost, free of sulfur dioxide emission and secondary pollution, capable of meeting environmental protection requirements and capable of improving economic benefits.
本发明提供了一种脱硫灰氧化纯化的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:将脱硫灰进行氧化焙烧,得到焙烧产物;将所述焙烧产物与水混合得到脱硫灰浆液,将脱硫灰浆液与氧化剂混合后进行反应,得到氧化脱硫灰浆液;将所述氧化脱硫灰浆液加入硫酸进行纯化反应,得到二水石膏。本发明所述方法根据脱硫灰的组成依次采用氧化焙烧和氧化剂氧化的方式将亚硫酸钙充分氧化,再经硫酸纯化,得到高纯度的硫酸钙组分,同时可进一步调节颗粒的粒径形貌,实现了脱硫灰的高附加值利用,扩展其应用范围;所述方法操作简单,原料成本低,无二氧化硫排放及二次污染,满足环保要求,提高经济效益。
