The invention discloses a novel process for preparing an environment-friendly brick from industrial waste slag garbage. The environment-friendly brick prepared from the industrial waste slag garbage comprises materials and water, and the materials are composed of, in parts by weight, slag ash, tailing sand, shale, cement and a foaming agent. The new technological process of the environment-friendly brick comprises the following steps: S1, mixing the tailing sand and the slag ash, adding the water, and carrying out mixing and grinding; S2, crushing the shale into particles with sizes in a range of of 1-3 cm, and then grinding the particles to a size of 800 meshes; S3, respectively pouring the slag ash, the tailing sand, the shale, the cement and the foaming agent in a stirrer to form a mixed material; S4, loading the mixed material formed by mixing into a mold, then feeding the mold into a steam heating instrument for steam heating, and after heating, feeding the mold into a constant-temperature chamber for standing for a period of time until the pressure resistance of the mold reaches 0 MPa or above to prepare a green brick; and S5, putting the prepared brick blank into a high-temperature constant-pressure steam kettle to prepare the environment-friendly brick.
