本发明涉及一种桥梁转体施工的方法,属于桥梁工程和建筑工程领域。跨线桥梁和城市桥梁需求的增加,要求桥梁施工尽量减少占用线路及河道的时间,于是近些年,转体施工法被大量地采用。转体施工法中普遍需要订制钢球铰,而大直径的钢球铰组件的制造和运输成本居高不下。本发明提供了一种可以现场制作铰体的方法,满足转体施工中平转、微调,甚至是抬高梁体的要求。本发明中的铰体用钢量少,方便制作,可由一般的机械厂协助制作,甚至施工单位可以自己现场制作,安装快捷,组装误差要求宽松,造价低廉。
