The turning mode that the auxiliary supporting device is arranged on the non-overline side and balance weight is carried out is adopted, the auxiliary supporting device is easy to arrange, a multi-point statically determinate supporting system can be formed between the auxiliary supporting device and the turning spherical hinge, and high anti-overturning stability is achieved; the auxiliary supporting device can be repeatedly used, and the construction cost is effectively reduced. The construction method has general applicability and can be suitable for most bridge swivel construction under general conditions.
