The automatic stain scraping and sweeping treatment device is simple in structure and ingenious in conception; grinding tool bits are driven to rotate through the chain, and the grinding depths of the grinding tool bits which are distributed up and down are gradually increased from bottom to top, so that the grinding depths of the grinding tool bits are prevented from being too large; and meanwhile, the grinding tool bits can automatically reset after being separated from a wall every time, so that the situation that the uppermost grinding tool bit is excessively deeply fed to impact the wall surface too much to cause damage to the wall surface is avoided, and the service lives of the grinding tool bits are prolonged.
