Concrete crack repairing method
The invention belongs to the technical field of building maintenance, and particularly relates to a concrete crack repairing method. The method comprises the following steps of S01, cutting a concrete base layer in the depth direction of a crack along the grain of the crack to form a groove with a preset depth, wherein the groove is provided with groove walls which are oppositely arranged and an opening which is formed between the two groove walls and is flush with the concrete base layer; S02, removing concrete residues left in the groove in the step S01; S03, laying a tough adhesive layer at the bottom, opposite to the opening, in the groove; and S04, filling neat cement slurry into the groove so as to fill the groove, and solidifying the neat cement slurry to form a neat cement layer. Due to the fact that the tough adhesive layer has certain flexibility, when neat cement paste is laid on the tough adhesive layer to fill the groove, after the neat cement paste is solidified to form the neat cement layer, the tough adhesive layer plays a role of an interlayer so as to isolate disturbance of residual tiny cracks located at the bottom of the groove to the neat cement layer, the phenomenon of secondary cracking after repairing is effectively reduced, construction is simple, and cost is low.
本发明属于建筑维护技术领域,尤其涉及一种混凝土裂缝修补方法,包括如下步骤:S01:在混凝土基层上,沿着裂缝的纹路向裂缝的深度方向进行切割形成具有预定深度的沟槽,沟槽具有相对设置的槽壁和在两个槽壁之间并位于与混凝土基层平齐处的开口;S02:去除步骤S01中残留于沟槽中的混凝土残渣;S03:在沟槽内与开口相对的底部铺设韧性胶层;S04:将素水泥浆灌装至沟槽内以填充沟槽并固化形成素水泥层。由于韧性胶层具有一定的柔性,那么当将素水泥浆铺设在韧性胶层上填充沟槽时,在素水泥浆固化形成素水泥层后,韧性胶层形成隔层作用,以隔离位于沟槽底部残余的微小裂缝对素水泥层的扰动,有效减少修补后出现二次开裂的现象,施工简单,成本低。
