The invention provides an intelligent irrigation system for planting and a use method of the intelligent irrigation system. The intelligent irrigation system comprises a sunlight room, an air circulation structure, a spraying structure and a planting structure, wherein the planting structure comprises a water tank and a planting frame, a receiving disc is arranged at the top of the sunlight room, the top of the sunlight room communicates with the side wall of the water tank through a water receiving pipe, and the receiving disc is used for receiving rainwater and sending the rainwater into the water tank; the spraying structure comprises a water pump, a first spraying mechanism and a second spraying mechanism, the first spraying mechanism is located below the second spraying mechanism, and the first spraying mechanism is located above the planting structure; and the air circulation structure is used for pumping, circulating, purifying and deodorizing air in the sunlight room. The intelligent irrigation system can carry out spraying at two different heights on crops in different growth stages, and improve the spraying quality; the use of sprayers can be reduced, the problems of the sprayers can be conveniently found in time, water dripping or water leakage can be effectively prevented, and water waste is reduced; and in addition, rainwater can be collected and utilized, use of purified water is reduced, and environmental protection and consumption reduction are achieved.
