The invention provides a method for preparing a filling material from multi-source coal-based solid waste, and belongs to the field of solid waste resource utilization. The method comprises the following steps: S1, adding gasified slag, desulfurized gypsum, fly ash and coal gangue into a stirrer according to a mass ratio obtained according to a composite rule; S2, adding the water, the composite exciting agent and the additive into a stirring machine; and S3, fully mixing by a stirrer, and stirring the mixture to obtain the filling material. The coal-based solid wastes are mixed to prepare the filling material, so that the problems of surface collapse and the like in solid waste resource utilization and mining are solved, and the solid waste treatment cost and environmental pollution are reduced.
本发明提供一种利用多源煤基固废制备充填材料的方法,属于固废资源化利用领域。包括以下步骤:步骤S1、将气化渣、脱硫石膏、粉煤灰、煤矸石按照复合规则得出的质量比加入搅拌机中;步骤S2、将水、复合激发剂、外加剂加入到搅拌机中;步骤S3、搅拌机充分混合、搅拌混合料,制得所述充填材料。本发明将煤基固体废弃物混合制备成充填材料,不仅解决了固废资源化利用和开采中地表塌陷等问题,还降低了固废处理成本和环境污染。
