The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-strength ceramic profile. The preparation method of the high-strength ceramic profile comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing various raw materials for preparing a ceramic profile to obtain a mixture; (2) heating and melting the mixture to obtain a melt; (3) pouring the melt into a mold, and forming to obtain a first green body; (4) forging and pressing the first green body to obtain a second green body; and (5) carrying out thermal insulation on the second green body for 20-30 h at a temperature of 900-1250 DEG C to obtain a high-strength ceramic profile finished product. Correspondingly, the invention further discloses the high-strength ceramic profile. By means of the method, gas in the ceramic profile can be effectively exhausted, so that the density of the ceramic profile is effectively improved so as to improve the strength of the ceramic profile.
