Steel box girder assembly sliding platform and floating transportation method
The invention discloses a steel box girder assembly sliding platform. The platform comprises a combined floating pontoon, a slideway beam and a sharing beam, wherein the combined floating pontoon is located in a floating transportation beam section area, the sharing beam is located in an assembly area, the slideway beam penetrates through the floating transportation beam section area and the assembly area, and a lower end of the slideway beam is vertically connected with a plurality of stand column tops; the stand column tops and sliding way steel pipe piles are distributed in the floating transportation beam section area and the assembling area. The platform is advantaged in that the platform comprises the floating transportation area and the assembling area, the steel box girder is assembled in the assembling area and then slides to the floating transportation area, a floating box floats upwards so that the steel box girder can be lifted up to leave the assembling sliding platform and is transported to the position under a bridge site to be installed, and after the position of the steel girder is adjusted by retracting and releasing anchor cables at the four corners of the floating box to meet the hoisting requirement, the floating transportation process is completed and the whole process is safe and good in stability; the floating box is high in integrity; and a vertical jack is arranged at the top of the bracket in the assembling area so as to convert the fulcrum of the steel box girder and adjust the elevation of the steel box girder.
